Operator says resumes oil pumping through damaged Druzhba stretch
WARSAW, Oct 17 (PRIME) -- Oil pumping has been restored on a segment of the Druzhba pipeline in Poland that lost pressure last week, operator in the country Pern said in a statement on Monday.
"Pern has resumed oil transportation via the damaged pipeline," the company said.
The functions of the damaged line carrying oil to the German clients were restored fully on October 15, according to Pern.
An investigation of the reasons that led to the loss of pressure on the pipeline continues. The company earlier said that it found no third party guilt in the accident.
